Reservation Policies

Check In time: 15:00 hrs.

Check Out time: 12:00 hrs.

Warranty Policy:

A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation, 100% is charged at the time of booking.

Extra person policy:
Charge applies for extra person in the room. The 3rd and 4th person count as extra people. See rate when checking availability.

 

Minors Policy:
Children are considered up to 11 years old. Children from 12 years will be charged as an adult. Minors will have to pay AT THE HOTEL upon arrival in case you have not included them at the time of booking and paying.

2 Children under 11 years old can share the room with 2 adults. Identification of each minor will be requested at reception, to validate the age of each one.

Pet Policy:

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation policy:

You can cancel for free up to 47 hours before the arrival date to avoid charges. You have to contact us via email or phone to request your cancellation, avoid charges and receive your refund, otherwise your payment will not be refunded. The refund will cost you 3% due to the bank transaction. If you do not contact us, we will not refund.

If you cancel during the 48 hours before your arrival (15:00 hrs), you will be charged 1 night penalty, the rest of your stay will be refunded. You must contact us directly by email or phone if you wish to cancel your reservation and proceed with your refund. The refund will cost you 3% due to the bank transaction. If you do not contact us, we will not refund.

No Show/No Show Policy:

In case of No Show/No Show on the start day of your reservation, one night's stay will be charged. You will be reimbursed for the remainder of your stay. To receive your refund, you must contact us requesting it via email or phone, otherwise your payment will not be refunded.

The refund will cost you 3% due to the bank transaction.

Early departure:

If you check out before the original date reserved during the stay, the penalty charge of one additional night will be applied to the nights already used. Your credit card used at the time of booking will be refunded.
